About

Peter has almost 20 years experience working in the technology and telecommunication industries. After earning his Computer Engineering bachelor of science from the University of Rhode Island and, he received the  Masters of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University W. P. Carey School of Business.

Peter has experience in a variety of engineering positions in defense and telecommunications.  For the last ten years, he has worked in a technical solution consulting role.  

After relocating from Phoenix to Dallas, Peter has been doing single family house rehabilitations and single family residential rentals for 15 years.  His current interests include looking to invest in small multi-family and mixed use properties and then to eventually move into the rehabilitation and development of similar types of properties.

Peter is looking to take his varied experience and work with local small businesses providing a variety of consulting services.  Helping new and existing local business develop and update their business plans as well as growth and business development strategies and to help in the evaluation and implementation of technical solutions.

Peter’s goal is to combine his two efforts, real estate development and business consulting, to help build vibrant communities with strong locally owned businesses and by helping business owners build equity in their communities and to provide quality residential solutions.
