Community Focused Ventures is a different kind of company. We are committed to helping build strong vibrant communities, by taking a two prong approach.

First, using our 15 years of experience in the real estate and home rehabilitation experience to develop and improve the physical structures in a community.

 Second,  focusing our business and technical education and experience on helping small and local businesses start, grow and succeed.
